How is the chair packed?
The chair is packed in sturdy boxes to ensure that it is as well protected as possible during the transport process.

We do not charge our customers any shipping fees for our chairs.
Can I track the shipping status of my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a parcel tracking number – with this you can always check the current status of your package.
Returns
Can I return the office chair if I do not like it?
Yes, you have a 30-day right of return. If you are not satisfied with the chair, you can return it within 30 days of the order. You are welcome to contact our customer support to receive a return label at: support@clouvou.de
How long does the refund of my return take?
The refund will be made as soon as the returned package has arrived with us.
What happens if the chair is damaged during transport?
In this case, please contact support@clouvou.de immediately – we will take care of replacing the part and are happy to assist you at any time.
